Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude E6400 and I use the Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela - Version ="14.04.2 LTS, Trusty Tahr" - PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS"
When I see the video on the youtube or when I run the image my GPU has the high temperature. Now, I have the browser, terminal and the image opened and my processor was 13% and my GPU was 60 celsius (140 Fahrenheit). Is this normal?
My GPU was Nvidia G98-920-U2. This is information I has when execute the lshw on terminal:

Looks OK.... I advise to try to clean your laptop from dust. That's a likely cause of the overheating.

Ok, Sorry! I don't pay attetion all your post. My PC there is clean. Almost two weeks I cleaned and put new thermal paste on the CPU. But I noticed on this:

There are two sponges, one to Chipset and another to GPU. This is good or I should to replace to new sponges?

That GPU running at 60C is not a problem. My Quadro 4600 runs at 58-60 C all the time. What you call sponges, is a silicon heat transfer pad. They should be replaced if they are ever taken off. I get mine from here:

60°C is well within normal limits. My laptop processor can reach 80°C under load, and that's only with utilities that limit performance to keep the temperature in that range. Without the utilities running, the processor can hit 95°C, again, totally normal but not the most comfortable to use

60°C is ok, but 95°C is already beyond healthy limits and puts a lot of thermal stress onto all system components. Nvidia lists 110°C as max. allowed temperature (switch off threshold) for many of their graphics products. However, permanent exposure to high temperatures will accelerate the degradation of solder joints and system components. Since the thermal design of a laptop can not be modified I would recommend using a cooling pad to provide better cooling and airflow to all critical components. Furthermore, the heat pipe heat sinks in a laptop can age and loose their effectiveness to transport heat away from CPU/GPU. If you notice a worsening of your laptops cooling abilities, it may be advisable to replace the heat sink and cooling fan.
Have you tried the Nvidia 304.xx instead of your current 340.xx driver? Since the 340.xx driver seems to have quite a number of issues, the 304.xx driver may provide a better thermal profile for your graphics. Also, have you tried to update your laptops BIOS to the latest version?
