Sorry Boo et al, but I have to agree with these anti-4.x posts. Fortunately Mint Gnome has impressed me enough that I'll stay with that for now. And for the argument that "most distro's are going that way so we should to", that may be correct. But the distro that stays with KDE-3.x the longest will likely find it's user base grow tremendously as it's competitors fade away as well.
Can't we have the option of which KDE to install? Just take M5's KDE, update it and add it as an option during the install. Mint KDE is already on a DVD so space on the disk is not an issue
