Are you looking for a printed book?
There are a lot of online resources.
Linux Linx 2016
Ubuntu Help wiki
IBM's Learn Linux, 101 Tutorials
Mint 18.2 Cinnamon, Quad core AMD A8-3870 with Radeon HD Graphics 6550D, 8GB DDR3, Ralink RT2561/RT61 802.11g PCI
Linux Linx 2018

CommandlineFu !
What's this?

commandlinefu.com is the place to record those command-line gems that you return to again and again.

Delete that bloated snippets file you've been using and share your personal repository with the world. That way others can gain from your CLI wisdom and you from theirs too.

I'm gong to try and hit Barnes and Noble, See what they have. I like printed stuff.
As long as I am forced to use computers I will be a die hard Linux guy.
Any favourites?

In addition to the above book by Mark Sobell, I recommend this one if you also want other info in addition to commands:

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/a-pract ... 0133927313

I'm slowly plowing through it and learning a lot. This 1300 page tome has close to 300 pages on the shell, in addition to just about anything else you'd want to know about Ubuntu (or its derivatives, like Mint).

At least four chapters on shell commands and utilities:
Chapter 5: The Shell - 33 pages
Chapter 7: The Linux Utilities - 61 pages
Chapter 9: The Bourne Again Shell (bash) - 95 pages
Chapter28: Programming the Bourne Again Shell (bash) - 100 pages

Clear explanations with lots of examples. Get the fourth edition published in 2015 (third was published in 2011).
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they ain't.

I am currently reading the eBook version of Shotts' Linux Command Line, and it's pretty good, in my opinion.

I picked up one!
Linux Phrasebook, Essential codes and commands (second edition) by Scott Granneman. It looks good and has some useful things. I very seldom use terminal.
LM 17.3 Cinnamon 64
LM 18 Cinnamon 64 and 32 bit (2 different computers)
Lm 17.0 V2 cinnamon 32.

Linux commands with some examples. So many people create sites with so called cribsheets, commans you may use every day. Worth starting there and learning.

I've been using O'Riely's "Running Linux" for the course I teach, but I am changing next term to the "Debian System Administrator's Handbook"

https://debian-handbook.info/browse/stable/

Since Mint is based on Ubuntu and Ubuntu is based on Debian, it should be good to go for ya.

What other operating systems are you knowledgeable in? If you are coming from DOS then this would help:
