Just delete ~/.local/share/keyrings Chromium contents and open Chromium and use blank passwords.

That is a dangerous advice, because from now on all passwords in the keyring - not only those related to Chromium - get stored in plain text format. This includes possibly the account password. Every distant attacker will say "Thank you" for that.

I strongly advise against.

The safe method is easy: Log into your account manually. If the keyring has the same password as the account it will get unlocked automatically.
