Hi,
I have LMDE2.
After today update of cinnamon (from 3.0 to 3.2), proposed by the Update Manager, the panel is no more clickable...
When I left-click on the icons on the panel nothing happens.
If I right-click on them the desktop context menu (Change desktop background, etc..) appears.
If I press the start key (Win Key), the start menu appears and I can navigate in that menu also with the mouse.
So, in fact, only on the panel the click does not work.
Any suggestion?
Thanks

Re: Panel not clickable after cinnamon update
I removed the directory .cinnamon in the home.
This deleted the personal configurations and solved the issue.

Re: [Solved] Panel not clickable after cinnamon update
Hi,
I see the same behaviour as IgnatiusReilly.
Removing the ".cinnamon" folder in my home dir didn't fix it for me.
Does anyone have other ideas?
Maybe there is an additional config folder that I can remove?
Edit: Found the problem.
I deleted "~/.local/share/cinnamon" and it worked.
Seems like this extension is causing the problem: https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/applets/view/16
Hope it gets updated..

You don't need to delete anything: The menus are still navigable with the keyboard. Hit <Super>, Control Center, Applets. Use <Tab> to navigate through options, <Enter> to choose, and disable the applet "Window List with App Grouping".
Restart Cinnamon and you should be all right (almost).

I use LMDE 5, Void Linux, BunsenLabs & Linux Mint 21.1, btw!
