I have borrowed a second Printer ...

Lexmark S 415 ...

Can this printer print on my Computer, with Linux Mint 18.2 MATE installed ?

I think you can. Lexmark has the Linux drivers on their website.

so I could only see what Lexmark called "network scan drivers" on that link Jerry kindly supplied; that made me think they were just for scanning ........

is your printer now printing ......... after downloading the drivers ??
