Mouse right click responses too late

I have a wired and wireless mice. I used both of them in turn, the right click responses too late in both. If I click fastly on the right button a few times without break, only at that time the window of the right click appears. This is so bothering. Thanks for your promp helps...

I'm assuming you've tried other USB ports and don't have both mouses (or is it mice ) connected at the same time. That stated.....

I see you're using nvidia. Like to try something. Change the video resolution from 1080p to 720p or lower and see if the problem improves or disappears. If that test changes anything, have you tried older or newer kernels? Could also try moving back to nouvea for a test.

Could also be a task running.

Why is the CPU temp so high, 70.5C? If that's an idle temp, something's wrong.

Now on a grammatical level I know the correct plural of mouse is mice. However both seem oddly appropriate and applicable !!! Then again, if it'd been legal my English teacher would have probably beaten me routinely with a stick.

OP ... already got some good advice. Do know everything LM I've ever seen, any desktop will have gooey (GUI) tools in it to adjust such things. Mouse pointer speed, sensitivity and that type of stuff. Have you played with the settings there ? Also and this is just an out of left field thought, yeah would only have one active at a time. When not using one or other stuff em down/unplug perhaps ? Just stands to reason with several input devices present your Mint OS may be getting a tad confused and conflicted in how to interface with them. Not sure ... again only a thought.

Sorry my english. As result, it is not my mother language. But you are understand what I mean. The mice was connected at the sametime. I disconnected the wired mouse, nothing is changed.

I don't want to downgrade the video resolution and use the old kernel. Thank you...In the meantime, the problem only shows itself while I click on the right button of the mouse while using the Google chrome.

I don't know. Maybe it possibly shows wrong. It is idle temp. And there is no seeming any problem with CPU in my PC.

PS: I tried the Nouveau driver and also nvidia original driver. Nothing is changed. Only thing that change was CPU temp. 68 degree of C now.

There is no CPU fan. There is only big aluminium cooler device on the CPU. Let me look CPU temp from BIOS.

Shipping on new PC can sometimes break loose heatsink. You really need to open the case and check that heatsink.

Also, may not have been properly installed in the factory.

I wasn't suggesting you remove the heatsink. Just need to inspect and see if it's loose from mounting or broken.
