Where can I submit wallpaper so that it will be include in next release?

I have I cool wallpaper that I made, I hope and want it to appear in the next release. Thanks

The development cycle for Linux Mint 18.3 is wrapping up to a release so likely new submissions won't be considered until work on Linux Mint 19 starts (early next year). You can email submission to the email address under "other queries" found here https://www.linuxmint.com/contactus.php. A lot a of email is sent there so you might not get a reply shortly.

Have you already selected under what license to publish your work? You must select a license that allows Linux Mint to distribute copies of your work. Often we see one of the creative commons licenses being used for this; this guides you though selecting the right license for your needs from creative commons: https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/.

Do you already have your work online somewhere?

In the short term, you can make your art available online on a site such as deviantart.com - as hexdef101 has done.

Thanks for all reply, the wallpaper and the source file (made in blender, post process in gimp) license is under CC0. I upload it on google drive and post a shared link on facebook group some time ago. I will email soon, for those who want to see it:
