Disabling smart tapping (mouse pad clicking)

Post by lbsenior » Wed Apr 08, 2009 7:37 pm

How do you disable smart tapping on Linux Elyssa. I'm using an Acer laptop 5315-2681. I apologize in advance if this has already been covered in the forum but there are hundreds of pages to sort through.

There is a lengthy interesting topic about this, but I can't find it
However if you install gsynaptics (ksynaptics) I think you will have an option to turn it off

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
