WSKY AC1200 wireless usb adapter

i just purchased one of these to get my machine up to speed. (network wise) anyways, i am a noob and have no idea how to instal this adapter (procedure, commands etc...) anyone able to point me in the right direction ?

If that is a USB device, open a terminal window and post results for

you will need a wire connection if possible temporarily then go to the Ubuntu forum thread and follow the instruction there.
