Hello
I am having issues with my Linux OS. It is not allowing me open 'Change desktop background' when I right click on the desktop. I have tried to create another user to see if the problems keep happening. It does. Please could someone advise me on how I can sort this out?

Sometimes it takes a minute or two for the desktop background choices to populate.
Once this happens the choices appear much quicker

and We also do need to know, just what version of Linux,
it is that you are using, & the Desktop Environment as well. . .
