I have some questions about dmseg command and it's printouts
I used "dmesg --level=err,warn | head" and since them when I use dsmeg is printing out only errors and warnings
Is this command format permanent and if yes how can I return it back to normal.
Moreover do you guys know what is this results I have from my dsmeg command

The error can indicate too much power draw from the USB ports. Try disconnecting devices and/or use a powered external USB Hub.

Issue is that I have nothing connect on my USBs, there is a built in camera which is not working
and I though that this was the problem.

I don't see the Ethernet listed as a Network Card on that list. My check of specs for the laptop does show a 10/100 Ethernet. So, disable of the NIC is the Ethernet port.
I would expect disable of the Cam to be designated as Video Camera in the BIOS.

Please run the following command from Terminal and post back the results (this produces a short list of USB devices). The prior list was cutoff at the top, and I just want to double-check what Linux sees.
Also, is there any ability in BIOS to disable USB hubs/ports?

I'm getting those messages also.

Purging the microcode package seems to have reduced them. The "cable" messages come and go.
It's been a kernel bug for years, perhaps because, as near as I can tell, the USB development for the linux kernel has been a "social justice" project for a long time.

Well, here's my thinking and options. I'm assuming the cam is the problem as you stated it wasn't working prior to Linux. However, it could also be a motherboard USB hub problem or bad ribbon cable.
The power error is probably due to the dead cam, which might be causing a short or power-draw problem. I can only think of two possible options:
1) Disable hardware in BIOS. However, there doesn't appear to be any method to disable either the cam or the USB hubs/ports from BIOS.
2) Remove or Replace the defective Cam. I have located a procedure, but it isn't something I would recommend to a novice without the proper tools/skills. A local laptop repair shop would be a better choice.

As for the cost of the cam, it's not an expensive item.

If the dmesg errors aren't causing any real system problems, you could simply ignore them. I'm not sure if the other USB ports are working or not. That you would need to test.
If there is more to the problem, it might be possible to blacklist the cam or the hub.
I'm not sure if Flemur's suggestion is applicable due to the cam being a known hardware failure problem.
