The file size is displayed as 1000MB = 1G instead of 1024MB = 1G
I removed the SUDO privilege of the account and set the ROOT password. When I tried to uninstall the application (in the GUI), I was prompted to enter the account password instead of the ROOT password, There was no response after correct input.

Regarding the first: There is the choice between decimal and binary prefixes in the Nemo preferences -> display -> file size.
Regarding the second: A bad idea. Add yourself via root to the group sudo.
