I need help on how to install Puffin on Linux Mint Cinnamon 18.3.
Is there a way on how to install it without using Wine!

You could use VirtualBox: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

If you go that route, don't install VBox from the repositories. Download and install it.

It appears to only support Windows, MacOS, and mobile operating systems so it would seem not... is there a particular reason you need to use that web browser over others already available on Linux?

There's nothing like it in Linux

The only way is to run it as an android app, but you'll need a 64bit Linux for that.

It won't be if you have to run it in a VM, which is probably going to be the only way if they don't make a Linux version. Unless it works in WIne, which is generally unlikely.

It's not as if there's a lack of web browsers in Linux Mint.... Check Software Manager. There's an abundance, ranging from barebones (and blazing fast) to loaded with bells and whistles.

Note that only the big three (Firefox, Chrome/Chromium and Opera) get the amount of security attention that modern web browsing requires. The small ones usually can't keep up with battling the constant flow of new vulnerabilities and new threats. So watch out a bit.
