Using TapaTalk

Not sure if this right place to ask this Question .. but i use Tapatalk from my phone to post on different forum sites . Ive tried to access the forum site through the App but it doesnt pull up . Is there permission i have to give my phone in my account settings that allows to access the forms or is this App blocked :?: :?:
