GCstar collections manager may give you what you. It can be modified to suit your needs, but does require a little work on your part to make it do what you want. Otherwise Kexi or a Spreadsheet, for that fact even a Writer document will do what you want.
Kernel: 4.15.0-46-generic x86_64 bits

Good Morning
I downloaded e installed both Zim and Recoll. Now I'll decide for which one.
Thanks a lot. Those answers were very helpful.

A little supplement:

Zim = manages text entries and is very easy to use.
Recoll = is a search engine for texts of all kinds.

The two programs complement each other.
Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia (Mate) 32-bit - Acer D250 Netbook (Intel Atom N270, 2 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD)
Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa (Mate) 64-bit - MacBook Pro 15" (Intel Core2 Duo, 8 GB RAM, 240 GB SSD) - with some separation difficulties...

Thank you Mr lsemmens for your post.
I'll download and try GCStar Collections Manager. For now Zim Desktop Wiki is attending my needs.

Best Regards
