I Have an HP Pavilion Slimline Desktop with AMD64x2 processors. It was running Google-Earth Pro successfully before under LM17.3. I decided to reinstall it to LM19.1, which I already had running successfully on another system with LM19.1. The new install was apparently successful, except That I cannot get it to run Google-Earth Pro in any version I have access to. It appears to install successfully, except that the screen display for Google Earth goes to pot and never displays the satellite view at all. Maybe the download sites I have found for this software version is not compatible? Any ideas about a solution?
Thanks!

Re: New Install Google Earth Pro problems after LM19.1 upgrade
Hi,
I do have that problem too
viewtopic.php?f=63&t=285411&p=1578263&h ... h#p1578263
it seems possible that the new version is not universally compatible, depending on your graphic card, etc.
You may try with older versions https://support.google.com/earth/answer ... 7192858677
although it did not solved my problem.
If nothing is possible, we still can rely on the online version of GE, but you need to install Chrome first, then go to
https://earth.google.com/web/
or any other browser, then https://www.google.com/maps/ shift from map to satellite view

Hi,
I was very happy that the latest update of Google Earth Pro (from the google repo) fixed the search bug (and didn't fly to latlong 0,0) but can anybody tell me why the the search-flyto-bug is back again after restarting my laptop (with fresh and updated LM19.1)?
Thanks in advance,
Dee
