Returning to Mint.

Post by meToo » Sun Feb 03, 2019 6:01 am

Hi from England,
this is about my 4th time of returning to Mint, which has something that keeps drawing me back! I prefer XFCE and Sage-Fresh theme on a Lenovo i5 T520. I still have somewhere a live CD (or DVD) of a very early version of Mint.

For the versions earlier than 17 you won't get any updates. Best option woulD be to download 19.1 and install. The updates will be available till 2023.
If I have helped you solve a problem, please add [SOLVED] to your first post title, it helps other users looking for help, and keeps the forum clean.
Regards,
Deepak

I am using Mint 19.2 Cinnamon 64 bit with AMD A8/7410 processor . Memory 8GB

Sorry, my choice of words was open to misinterpretation - must use better grammar!
Was just commenting on early Mint version, should have made it clear that I am running Mint 19.1

Welcome back, Mike! As far as I'm concerned, this is the place to be.
