Translate software descriptions and display in Software Manager

Hi everyone,

I open Software Manager and see all software descriptions are in English. Can I translate them to another language and make Software Manager displays the translated ones?

Any reason why you cannot just change to another language & then all outputs will be in the new language??

^ this, but also not all packages are localized in all languages, so in that case it will fall back to English (or whatever other fallback language(s) you may have configured).
