Mint dualboot
I would like to try PclinuxOS alongside Mint ,what are the steps or VirtualBox installation is a better option?

I don't think PCLinuxOS works in virtualbox http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Guest_OSes. To dual boot, it should be pretty simple. You can probably boot off a PCLinuxOS CD and start the installation that way(this is a list of instructions http://www.pclinuxos.com/wiki/index.php/Installation). You may want to put it in another partition to avoid confusion and writing over the similar folders but I'm not sure it matters.

I have PCLinuxOS installed in VBox.
