Installing LMDE 3 on Asus T100TA

Post by xSkewber » Mon Apr 22, 2019 11:35 pm

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue with booting linux mint debian edition (using 32-bit). I have burned the iso to the flash drive, disabled secure boot, set the pc to boot from the flash drive, however when I exit I cannot boot onto the flash drive, it instantly takes me back to the bios. Windows has been deleted, so right now the only thing on my machine is the bios.

Thanks!

64 bit iso will not boot on a 32 bit machine.
Is the USB the first boot drive in BIOS?
Try formatting the USB stick to FAT32 , then create the bootable disk.
Good luck
