Buy linux laptop with Swedish keyboard layout

is there any retailer / oem? or do i have to bite the bullet and buy a laptop with Windoz :/

you may be stuck with buying an Windows based machine

are there any Gov't based Auction Sites, that you can go to ?
- that could be another method..
