They finally fixed it!

Make sure you've applied all updates, then run sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-fix.conf followed by a reboot.

Ils l'ont finalement réparé!

Assurez-vous d'avoir appliqué toutes les mises à jour, puis exécutez sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-fix.conf suivi d'un redémarrage.

Try a full shutdown. Wait a few minutes then boot up into Mint. Also run alsamixer in the terminal and raise things weird items like DMic 16.

This is new territory for me as well, and I didn't see some things in your output I was hoping to see.

But I think you're really close to all fixed!

Essayez un arrêt complet. Attendez quelques minutes, puis démarrez dans Mint. Exécutez également alsamixer dans le terminal et montez des choses étranges comme DMic 16.

C'est aussi un nouveau territoire pour moi, et je n'ai pas vu certaines choses dans votre production que j'espérais voir.

Mais je pense que vous êtes vraiment proche de tout fixe!

Je suis nouveau sur Linux - apres installation Linuxmint 19.3 je n'ai pas de son le reste fonctionne bien.... pouvez vous m'aider?
