Pas de son et aucun pilote à installer

Bonjour,

Novice et intéressé, j'ai installé sur un portable Toshiba ancien Linux Mint 64 Bits. Tout s'est déroulé sans encombre, disque dur effacé avec DBAN.

Cependant, je n'ai aucun son et pas de pilote à installer via le centre de contrôle. je n'ai pas non plus de problème matériel:

Tests effectués
Haut-parleurs pour audio interne : en sortie audio interne stéréo analogique,
CD audio avec Rythmbox et vidéo internet Firefox: détectées dans le panneau de contrôle son.
Volume du son ok
test en sortie casque volume du son ok.
Bios mais pas d' option "Internal modem".

J'étais confus parce que votre mode Auto-Mute était activé, mais les haut-parleurs et les écouteurs étaient activés. Habituellement, le branchement d'un casque coupe automatiquement le son des haut-parleurs. Vous avez peut-être changé cela manuellement dans alsamixer, ou quelque chose d'autre peut avoir causé cela.

Voyez si la réinstallation de la base sonore fait une différence:
