unable to install webcam

Hi there ,I tried to install a webcam Cybertel in my computer with Linuxmint 19.1 but no success , I have installed Cheese but it does not recognize the webcam .
run the command inxi -Fxxxrz and this is the result :

When run cheese it says device doesn't found.even when it is plugged to an USB port,
Is necessary an driver specifically to Linux to install? Where I get one? or how can make it work? ,
