Strange behavior after update & upgrade - Mint Ulyanna

Post by fabiobianchi »

Hello comrades,

I got this strange behavior when doing the update & upgrade routine this morning. After the update the system says there are packages to be upgraded but when I do nothing happens. I tried autoremove as well.

Any ideas?
Thanks!!!

What "update & upgrade routine"?

Code: Select all

fabio@thinkpadx250:~$ update
fabio@thinkpadx250:~$ upgrade
fabio@thinkpadx250:~$ autoremove
Those are not Linux commands so they must be something that you have created.

Code: Select all

1 package can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see it.
And you are told right there what command to use.

You need to troubleshoot your scripts.
