I have three different Cassandra installations. On one of them once I select the Cassandra button to get to the "Places - System - Applications" pop up THE BLASTED THING WILL NOT GO AWAY!!
Perhaps I have set an option by accident. Can anyone tell me how to stop this? I use workspace switcher, it doesn't matter. The display is present in all workspace windows.
It does not interfere with anything, it is just seriously annoying.
