Xfce wood panels

Post by rattkjelke »

I finished this today. Light and dark wood panel wallpaper with wooden LM logo and wooden Xfce-panel.
I forgot know how to make clickable thumbnails.

Tasty. I'm not too keen on the texture of the logos though, because it doesn't look natural, in contrast to the overall natural look.
I'm also Terminalforlife on GitHub.

I made the logo with the 3D wood filter in Inkscape. It doesn't look like real wood and if you make the colors darker it gets worse.

I need to learn how to do that with masking and an actual photo of wood or at least a better image like the the ones I used for the wallpaper background.
