No sound - Dummy output

Hi!
I've installed the latest version linux mint cimannon.

I haven't sound from the beginning. I tried all possible solutions that i founded in the forum without success.

I will appreciate your help.

i am suspecting there is incompatibility with your kernel, may i know why you have this kernel?

i think i have reinstalled the kernel. How can i fix it?
