On-screen keyboard applet only has one layout

No matter how many keyboard layouts are installed, and no matter what layout the user switches to, the on-screen keyboard only shows one layout, seemingly the English one.

Looks like an unfortunate bug of Cinnamon for its "Virtual Keyboard". For now, use "Onboard" instead. It is a cross-DE application that shows you an on-screen keyboard and switches layout.

Onboard is no good either. At least, when running at startup, it constantly reverts the layout to English even if the default layout is in another language. It does reflect different layouts, as the user selects them, but internally it only has English, and this causes problems.

Strike the above.I re-tested this, and Onboard is not guilty. I'll keep using hoping the On-screen keyboard gets fixed somehow.

They may not notice if nobody file a bug report in Github and no maintainers of "Virtual Keyboard" use other keyboard layout. I am not a daily Cinnamon user myself so I am unsuitable in providing all the detail of this issue and file it on behalf.
