Linux is not working

Hello guys. I got troubles with my Linux Mint system. Application panel is not working. I cannot open terminal. Commands are not working. My wallpaper changed to black by itself, I have no ideas why. I need your help guys.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

It sure sounds like python issues. Can you get into Timeshift and revert to an older snapshot?

I cannot open Timeshift, I tried. I can't even open settings. I tried open terminal with CTRL+ALT+F1 and do something, but unfortunately it did not help me at all

please try inserting USB with Linux mint ISO burned into it and boot into live mode, and try to restore a previous snapshot of timeshift

I tried to install linux version with USB. I opened bios and tried to download it. Error occurred.

i am not sure what you meant here. Can you post a picture or screenshot of what is going on? even just copying the output of errors would be beneficial
