Unable to boot Error: out of memory/Kernal panic - not syncing

Post by sandeepkumar35 »

I have recently installed Linux mint on external storage device. Before I was only getting Error: out of memory dialog while booting but it was perfectly loading to desktop gui version and everything seemd to be working normally. But since yesterday there is new log and unable to boot to desktop'Kernal Panic -- not syncing'. You can see my sytem report and pictures for full details. It freezes at Kernal panic -- not syncing page.
I found that if I went to Advanced Option in Grub and select Linux Mint 21.1 Cinamon, with Linux 5.15.0-56-generic. It loads perfectly fine and I don't see any error message. There is also option for 5.15.0-72-generic
I tried booting from another laptop "Chuwi Hi10 Pro". It booted well but without grub menu. But when I tried to use its keyboard. The keys were not registering for what they were Eg. If i press 'U' it was being registered as '4'.

Can someone tell me what could have went wrong. I just want to run Linux on my main Asus Laptop . It doesn't matter if Chuwi can't be fixed.
