[solved] Change system interface language

[solved] Change system interface language

Hi,
can I change system interface language? I'd like to change from Polish to English.
I tried menu->preferences->languages->interface language (preferencje->języki->język :( ) but nothing has changed.

EDIT: ok, some indication that system restart / user logout is needed would be useful :)
