Themes window border missing

I recently upgraded to Mint 21 and the Themes application is missing the control for window border. Attached screenshot is before and after upgrade. How can I get this back?

You cannot. Cinnamon no longer supports separate theming for the window borders.
When I give opinions, they are my own. Not necessarily those of any other Linux Mint developer or the Linux Mint project as a whole.

That project is dormant. Does anybody happen to know of a Windows XP theme that still works?
