You could try it using Wine. This is never guaranteed to work well, or at all. You could also use a virtual machine.

There is a program called "gimp" (for GNU Image Manipulation Program) that has all the functionality of Photoshop but is free and open software. You can download it from the Software Manager, just search on "gimp".

This is the crossover rating for photoshop CC. Looks like it will install and run. Crossover is the commercial version of wine, it has more tweaks to make stuff run:
