Why change it to capital letter vice versa
Hello friend, because I change the upper or lower case, the change is slow and sometimes takes 2 letters on occasions.

I see this is your first post so welcome to the forum. I hope you are not having any problems with linux Mint.
I can't tell where you are changing between upper and lower case but it should not be slow wherever you are making the change so if you provide more details somebody could probably help.
