Your preferred CD ripping app?

Here in the Linux Mint 8 era, what's everyone's preferred app for ripping CDs?

I'm ideally looking for one that can at least create VBR 320 kbps MP3s, with bonus points for FLAC and Ogg Vorbis options. GUI would be nice to have, but CLI is acceptable.

I use sound juicer, mostly because it was available from Synaptic when I went looking for a CD ripper. It has a simple, easy to use GUI. And, if your internet connection is active, it will query Musicbrainz for track lists on CDs you are ripping; thus relieving you of the tedium of typing in all titles on a CD.

It also supports these output formats (select via Edit=>Preferences):

1. CD quality
a. AAC(.m4a type)
b. lossless(.flac type)
c. lossy (.ogg type)
d. MP2
e. MP3

2. Voice quality
a.lossless(.wav type)
b. lossy (.spx type)

I prefer RubyRipper it is slow compared to some of the others but in my opion it does a better job.

I prefer RubyRipper

I find it to be at least as accurate as Exact Audio Copy,
which was my application of choice when I used Windows.
I can run EAC in Wine but I prefer RubyRipper.

Ripperx is another good option - here's the blurb from the sourceforge website-

"RipperX is a GTK program to rip CD audio tracks and encode them to the Ogg, MP3, or FLAC formats. It's goal is to be easy to use, requiring only a few mouse clicks to convert an entire album. It supports CDDB lookups for album and track information"
