LMDE6, MATE.
I added a WIndowList applet to the panel, set to no grouping, no scroll switch, no thumbnails.
I open four apps, no matter which and their buttons, from 1 to 4, appear on the panel.
Whenever I click ANYWHERE on the buttons corresponding to apps 1, 3, 4, the corresponding app windows minimize and maximize.
But for app #2 I must click on the left part of the button to minimize/maximize the window.
If I click on the right part of the button nothing happens.
Has anyone else observed it?

Rebooted and the problem went away.
Still, a bit disappointed, LMDE is supposed to be rock-solid.
