VirtualBox and Mint 21.3 [Solved]

I don't know if anyone else has run into this problem..

I upgraded from 21.2 to 21.3 today - all went smoothly & quickly, but I had tested the Beta in VirtualBox before.
The one thing that I didn't test in the Beta in VirtualBox was .... VirtualBox!!

I do not install VirtualBox via the repositories, I have always gone direct to Oracle's site.
When I went to sign on as a guest after the upgrade it failed, telling me that I should run

Code: Select all

/sbin/vboxconfig
as root. This I did with zero impact.
So I deleted the current version of VirtualBox via Synaptic & re-installed the latest version (for Ubuntu 22.04) from Oracle, then ran the Extension Pack after.
All is now working as it should...
