Hi to all,
Just want to intro myself to the forum. I started using Linux in 2012 with Ubuntu Unity 12.04 after my Windows machine crashed. I eventually ended up using Manjaro KDE for years. I tried out Mint Cinnamon long ago while deciding between it and Plasma 5. I recently installed Mint Cinnamon for some family members and noticed that Cinnamon has really matured. So, I'm currently using Cinnamon 21.3 as my daily driver and am very happy with it. I like the stability of the base and am impressed as to how configurable/versatile the Cinnamon desktop has become. I'd like to move to LMDE for the increased stability but find the GUI tools in the Ubuntu base very helpful for an average daily user like myself. Glad to see the Mint community is still as welcoming and helpful as ever!
