[bluetooth] problems with Cambridge Silicon Radio Bluetooth dongle

Every time i boot up my computer i cant able connect to my device because bluetooth service refuses to work. it says

 hci0 : setting interface failed (110)
. At the end i need to replug device and reboot. this is annoying and time waster. this is my system reports. if you have any solve to that, i really appreciate it :
