Gaomon Pen n Tablet changed ID then stopped being mappable

About a week ago I followed this video and it worked fine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEdUa5lHZbU I had to remap it daily but it worked
Then suddenly my ID changed for the pen today, and it was fine 2 days ago which is the last time I used it.
I got this error when I tried the new ID (and the old ID didnt work of course)

Apparently Gaomon has not been super good on Linux, the native pen n tablet program (of course) says it doesnt recognize stylus nor if tablet is even plugged in. Mapping other stuff no longer works as expected either, if I try to map my mouse to a single monitor it simply cuts my left/right sensitivity in half.
This is Linux Mint Cinnamon. Idk what other pertinent information there is to share. I am new to linux and not savvy at all with it.

And yeah, it was working before and this happened after some kind of update a week ago or so.

Found out the pen thinks its a keyboard but idk how to switch it to mouse, idky it got confused.
