I have a new mini computer with Ryzen 7000 series CPU and newly installed Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.3. When I try to add a printer, if I select Network printer various iterations of the 2 printers we have are shown but no matter which printer I select I receive the same "server-error-internal-error".
Printer 1 Epson WF-3640
Printer 2 Brother HL-L2350DW
I am far from stellar in my knowledge but have used Ubuntu for 10 years at least. So far I have been unable to find a workable online answer.

What kernel are you running?
mint menu > admin > system reports, select system information, click the copy button and paste it into your reply.
