<SOLVED> Should I be careful with downloading themes?

<SOLVED> Should I be careful with downloading themes?
I have the Cinnamon version of Linux Mint, and there's an application called "Themes" with Add/Remove tab where you can manage downloaded and download themes, are they all verified and safe or should I be careful with randomly trying each one of them out, or would that only be the case if I decided to try out one from outside the application?
