Right key strange behaviour

Post by hug-casse »

I'm using a Linux Mint 21.1 Vera and since my last upgrade, this morning, I experiment strange behaviour as if my right key was always pressed:
* scroll right when a scroll is available (Firefox, synaptic)
* depending on the action, this can also cause a text size reduction (in Firefox),
* in Kdevelop, when I select a source tab, the source tab selection move to the right selecting different sources (making use of this software impossible).

My machine is an HP Elitebook. Don't know where is coming from but terribly annoyin.

Any "quick" idea?

The obvious things are to check your mouse settings and do a hard restart.
