What alternative to "ublock origin" on chromium/chrome would you advise when it's no longer maintained?

2. Use uBlock Origin Lite
3. Switch to Browsers Committed to MV2 Support
4. Explore Other Content Blocking Methods

If your priority is to keep using uBlock Origin, switch to Firefox or browsers based on it like LibreWolf.
If your priority is to keep using Chromium/Chrome, switch to uBlock Origin Lite and accept it can't do everything uBlock Origin can (for many users probably it can be good enough).

An alternative could also be the Chromium-based Vivaldi browser, which has an internal blocker.
The development team is working on significantly improving this blocker so that it replaces uBO.
This topic is also being eagerly discussed in the Vivaldi browser forum.
Vivaldi is my standard browser. At the moment I still use uBO.
