Can't log into XFCE session
l installed Linux Mint 8 Gnome, today l decided too install XFCE, logged out, used XFCE Session, had too reboot into Windows too charge my ipod touch (not jailbreakable atm, google 3rd gen and jailbreak), and went back into mint, logged into xfce session, it starts too load, then blacks my screen and boots me back out asking for password again, gnome is fine. Any fixes?

Re: Can't log into XFCE session
There should be a "boot into recovery mode" for XFCE in the OS selection menu after boot. After you are in recovery mode there is a command to change the password in the terminal. Just change the password from the old one to the same thing and thats how I fixed the problem in Gnome.
