LinuxMint was unreachable for 2 days

Did only me suffered from this?
The name service could not resolve the addres anymore. Even so the name
services from servage.net...

Yup, happened to me as well. I tried pinging but got 100% packet loss.

I was starting to stress out without my daily dose of Mint Forum news and other stuff. :D

Glad it's back up - I was also locked out for about 2 days.

clem had troubles with his hoster and DNS resolution stopped to work. But you could always have come to the IRC channel. :wink:

Strangely, I got in through a Google search of a forum post Saturday and was able to access the forum and even log in. I saw that the last post was Friday night.

The solution, of course, is quite simple: stop putting out a quality distro that people love. No more home page hits, no more traffic, no more problems. Simple. :lol:
