What Application shows Kernel, UP time, CPU, MEM, NET and so on?
I noticed in the show your desktop thread, alot of people have this slick way of showing the information stated above.
I want to add pretty much the samething mmesantos1 has in this post:

Well thank you sir!
I have now learned another great feature of linux.
It was easy to install (sudo apt-get install conky)
After looking at a few examples i was able to create one that fix my desktop. This is a really cool app.
