in germany it's all a bit easier with learning the job you want, so it isn't hard if you got some basic knowledge
actually i've learned "network technican" (finished since august) but at my firm/chair i'm more a dogsboy, i do the most things from the chairs website to Technical support and software/user support... but i'm also not a big coder, just as you only a bit scripting and some php (and php is really simple if you understand the structure how to write a "programm" (morely a script)

mhm this forum got also a nice PN feature, but i prefer the way described in my signature
